The main function performed in my current role is that of Project Manager for Architecture projects. This position implies a wide range of responsibilities . Below, I detail the different tasks that I perform in this role:
1. Market analysis: My initial work consists of studying the real estate market in search of investment opportunities. This implies identifying suitable land for construction or buildings with appreciation potential.
2. Search for investment opportunities: Once the opportunities are identified, I proceed to look for lots to build or buildings that can be
the object of investment. This process implies evaluating various factors such as location, growth potential, and project viability.
3. Management of professionals and contractors: I carry out the selection and hiring of professionals and construction companies to carry out the projects. This includes architects, engineers, civil works contractors, among others. In addition, I am in charge of negotiating budgets and contractual conditions.
4. Supervision and monitoring of execution: Once construction has started, my work focuses on supervising and monitoring the progress of the work. I
ensure that the hired professionals and companies comply with the client’s specifications and the established deadlines.
5. Advisory in construction and remodeling projects: In addition to managing specific projects, also provided advisory for any type of construction or remodeling project.
