I am Erika, Co-CEO of Alternativa Málaga Real Estate, a real estate agency that grows day by day combining technology, clear processes, and a fresh vision to stand out in the Fuengirola and surrounding areas market. What motivates me the most is leading teams, finding creative solutions, and creating an environment where we can all give our best.
My professional path began in 2004 in the financial sector, where I learned to see things from a technical and economic perspective. Later, I brought that learning to the real estate sector, where I discovered how important marketing is to stand out. Since then, I specialized in digital marketing, exploring innovative strategies to connect with audiences and bring value to the projects in which I participate. This passion led me to work with companies from different sectors, helping them to boost their presence in highly competitive markets and achieving tangible results that made a difference.
In 2022, we made a family decision: to bring our real estate company from Argentina to Spain, and fulfill our purpose of crossing borders. Thus, Alternativa Málaga Real Estate was born. Now, together with Gustavo, we lead the company, with me taking care of the administrative part, the marketing, and, above all, ensuring that our team has what it needs to shine. I am passionate about implementing processes that make everything simpler, improving every day, and building relationships based on trust.
I consider myself curious by nature, always eager to learn something new and to adapt to whatever comes. I am analytical, but also creative and with a lot of energy. What I enjoy the most is working in a team, sharing ideas, and seeing how everything fits together to achieve great things.
In addition to my professional side, I have a deep connection with nature, which I find essential for my well-being and balance. I enjoy spending time reading, meditating, and reflecting, activities that help me maintain a clear perspective aligned with my goals. I firmly believe in the power of self-knowledge as a foundation to achieve our personal and professional purposes, and I always seek to inspire others to explore this path.
